Assistant Governor Tokiko Shimizu, Bank of Japan, will be speaking on Japan's Economy and Monetary Policy

Please join us for an "in person only" event with Assistant Governor, Tokiko Shimizu, of the Bank of Japan.

She will be speaking on:

Japan's Economy and Monetary Policy

Ms. Tokiko Shimizu has served as Assistant Governor since July 2020, and is in charge of the International Department, and the Bank’s international affairs. She has held several senior positions including Deputy Director-General for Asian Affairs and Principal Examiner of the Financial System and Bank Examination Department. She also served as General Manager for Europe, Takamatsu Branch and Nagoya Branch.

On Wednesday, September 27th, Ms. Shimizu will discuss "Japan’s Economy and Monetary Policy" and key issues in the global economy.
